During the presentation you can open the annotation functions to highlight an important area of your slide or to append a note for yourself to deal with at a later time. Press the Pen button to open the Annotation bar.

On the Annotation bar you can select the colour with which you will draw, the thickness of your ‘brush’ and the level of transparency. You can add text boxes and select the colour, size and type of font. You can undo and re-do your changes discard them completely or save them in one of your folders.

If you wish to create a new drawing to communicate a concept to the audience you can select one of the coloured blank backgrounds and use it as a drawing canvass. You can create flow diagrams, connect your text boxes and position them around the screen.
